Short Summary

Duties may include assisting with the administration and control for the purchase of materials and services; directing the complete process for transporting people and goods; overseeing materials management within area of assignment; coordinating and planning facility services; tracking cost issues and personnel resources; and administering all elements of multi-faceted programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist with purchasing of materials and services within area of assignment to include
- Assisting with the ordering of materials through a variety of internal and external sources; validating customer requirements against regulations and estimates costs.
- Tracking credit card and account for purchases.
- Reconciling routine to moderately complex financial statements to ensure expenses are properly recorded; reconciling accounts payable to ensure accuracy and funding availability; reviewing bills/invoices for accuracy; and resolving discrepancies with vendors.

2. Coordinate the process for transportation of material and people.
- Coordinates the transportation of goods through established transportation processes; arranges for transportation of material; coordinates shipment and receipt of materials; using established guidelines where possible, determines best shipping method based on customer, cargo type and consignee requirements.
- Responds to courier and chauffeur requests; resolves scheduling problems.

3. Maintain inventories of goods and materials for area of assignment.
- Processes inventory requests and validates receipt of goods and materials against requirements; ensures inventory requests are fulfilled.
- Coordinates the maintenance of a fleet of vehicles by maintaining table of vehicular allowances and tracking database; ensures vehicles are maintained.
- Performs property accounting; plans and conducts property inventory and reconciles property discrepancies.

4. Coordinate with Facilities Management in the implementation of office moves, renovations, and maintenance.
- Implements office moves; establishes schedules and procedures; ensures proper numbers of staff are available.
- Assists Facilities Management in office renovations by serving as a liaison to customers and construction workers.
- Schedules routine office maintenance; works with Facilities Management to ensure offices are properly maintained.

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervision Received and Given
Received Works independently; receives broad lateral guidance from staff officer and receives taskings from the Contract Program Manager in coordination with the Government Task Manager.
Given Provides first-line supervision to other contract surge logistics officers.
Work Environment
Depending on assignment, work is primarily performed in an office environment and may including conditions vary from an office environment where work is primarily sedentary to environments where extensive standing and/or walking; bending; lifting light to heavy objects or being exposed to noise, dust, dirt, etc. is expected.

Required Qualifications

Experience Successful completion of progressively responsible work experience comparable at the four years full performance level in a logistics assignment.

The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client.

The Advance Geospatial Intelligence (AGI) Analyst will provide Image Science support to an intelligence client. The AGI Analyst must be experienced, production-oriented and able to process, interpret and produce intelligence assessments on a wide variety of AGI data types. Data integration and fusion in this effort will require this position to have a working familiarity with a wide variety of imaging systems (e.g., multispectral, hyperspectral, thermal, radar, digital elevation).

Duties

• Processing/Interpretation of Multispectral Data experience with processing and interpreting Multispectral data for a wide variety of applications (i.e., IKONOS, Landsat, SPOT, ASTER and related platforms).

• Processing/Interpretation of VIS/NIR/SWIR Hyperspectral Data experience processing and interpreting Visible, Near-Infrared, Shortwave Infrared hyperspectral data, such as that generated from platforms such as AVIRIS, Hyperion, and COMPASS.

• Processing/Interpretation of MWIR/LWIR Hyperspectral Data experience processing and interpreting Mid-Wave and Long-Wave IR such as that produced by the SEBASS sensor.

• Processing/Interpretation of Synthetic Aperture Radar Data experience processing and interpreting SAR data such as that produced by the RadarSat sensor.

• Processing/Interpretation of Thermal data experience processing and interpreting LWIR data such as that produced by the LandSat Series of sensors.

• Production of Intelligence products/assessments experience producing intelligence graphical products, reports and assessments in a timely manner for client acceptance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field of “hard science” or engineering; may include but not limited to Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
• 2+ years’ experience in processing and exploitation of Advanced Geospatial Intelligence Data to include (but not limited to) Spectral (both multi and hyperspectral), Thermal, and Synthetic Aperture Radar data.
• 2+ years’ experience writing draft intelligence assessments, informal intelligence reports and produce annotated graphical products, based upon the analysis performed
• 2+ years of experience providing analytical support to a government customer
• 2+ years of experience in ENVI processing program or training in ENVI (includes Introduction to ENVI course, and the Spectral Processing in ENVI, or equivalent spectral processing courses.) AFIT or equivalent training in MASINT is a plus.

Job Summary The Medical Trainer plans, designs, and delivers all medical instruction and provides on-site medical support coverage for all range and medical training activities at Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia.

Responsibilities The Medical Trainer coordinates the full range of general health care services for members of the AWG while at Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia. Organizes training for unit members in the technical aspects of patient care and treatment. Coordinates medical support and reviews and update medical Standard Operating Procedures. Maintains medical supplies and equipment as required. The Medical Trainer ensures maintenance and management of supplies and equipment, including equipment maintenance and utilization records. The Medical Trainer ensures security procedures are followed for storage and handling of medical supplies that are kept at A.P. Hill. For compliance, the Medical Trainer will abide by AR 40-66 as the governing body for medical records, medical supplies, and medical equipment. The Medical Trainer will coordinate with the AWG Medical Planner and servicing medical facilities to schedule pre-deployment and sustainment training. This includes treatment training, such as preventative medicine, Combat Life Saver, Combat Trauma Management with live patient models and advanced medical training. All training will be planned, de-conflicted, and tracked via the medical training calendar and synchronized with the AWG S-3 Operations and Squadron leadership.

Qualifications/Experience Must have a minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience in a U.S. Special Operations or equivalent environment. Should have relevant U.S. Special Operations Force medic (MOS 18D) or Physician Assistant (PA) experience that demonstrates the ability to meet the duties described above and to create medical plans to support Soldiers deploying outside the continental United States (OCONUS) and other medical duties in support of contract. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Proven instructor and graduate of a certified instructor training course. Proficient in the use of personal computers with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications. Must maintain physical fitness and be able to pass the APFT. Must be creative and have the ability to look at problems from multiple vantage points. Ability to multi-task, prioritizes workload, and successfully handles competing deadlines.

Education Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Education

- Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, International Affairs or other relevant field of studies and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Active Top Secret/SBI Clearance.
- Experience working with a government agency or departments such as the State Department and experience in the study of relationships between countries, including the roles of states, inter-governmental organizations (IGOs), international nongovernmental organizations (INGOs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and multinational corporations (MNCs). Duties and Responsibilities
As a Weapons Systems Logistics Analyst, you will be a member of a field training team. You will provide written and verbal decision quality research, analysis, reporting and recommendations in response to requests for review and comment on issues directly or indirectly related to logistics.

Duties

- Responsible for leading the Police Intelligence Operations portion of the contract, and providing support to other Police operations contract requirements.
- Support Military Police development of doctrine, concept of operations and policy requirements.
- Identify, analyze, develop, implement and field innovative ideas related to mission and readiness of military police organizations.

Qualifications
Required Experience and Education

- Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Administration of Justice, Police Management Operations, or related discipline 5 to 7 years’ experience in management of projects or evaluating doctrinal literature, Police programs, and concept or policy analysis or equivalence of 5-7 years senior level Law Enforcement leader experience (i.e. Battalion level Operations Officer (S-3) or S-3 Sergeant Major, Senior Warrant Officer or civilian equivalent) with at least 2-3 of those years with direct supervision or management of law enforcement programs.
- Military education requirement includes graduation from the U.S. Command and General Staff College (or related sister service) or the US Sergeants Major Academy, or senior leadership courses from the Federal or Civilian law enforcement academies.
- ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
- 5+ years in Police/Criminal Intelligence Operations and with projects or programs involving broad and varied Training Developments related matters.

Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the development of a legacy defense logistics application by using knowledge of the principles of computer science, computer engineering or information systems. You will support development and testing of computer based training modules; application testing; and development of software modules. You may also be asked to provide other support necessary for delivery of various releases to Air Force logistics customers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related field
Co-Op/Interns at this level typically represent college students trying to gain related work experience while pursuing a graduate degree

Five year’s work experience in a computer related filed may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

Must demonstrate an understanding of systems integration and engineering

Grades should demonstrate an aptitude for learning technical computer principles and techniques associated with software applications

Desire to work with test engineers, systems analysts and SW programmer analysts on a defense logistics application
